Warranty Coverage:
We offer a 12-month warranty on products purchased from APEXUP SHOP. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
The warranty period for products purchased from our store is 12 months from the date of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers:
The warranty applies to products that are defective due to improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
- Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
- Accidental damage, loss, or theft
How to File a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
- Description of the defect or issue
- Photos or videos of the defective product (if applicable)
Warranty Remedies:
If your product is deemed defective under this warranty, APEXUP SHOP will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product at no charge, using new replacement parts.
- Replace the defective product with a new product of similar functionality.
- Refund the purchase price of the defective product if repair or replacement is not feasible. Or send a new set.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the APEXUP SHOP website. It does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.
